The SZSE held the 6th local government work experience meeting on enterprise restructuring and listing in the capital of Hebei province, Shijiazhuang on October 12. The meeting aimed to exchange the experience in using multi-layered capital market to advance the building of financial support system and the development of local economy in the hope of efficiently playing the role of local government in the development of capital market and small-medium enterprises.

Chen Dongzheng, the SZSE council chairman, pointed out in his speech that in recent years China’s multi-layered capital market has made the healthy and fast-growing development and lifted up the capability to serve national economy. The SME board has kept the steady and speedy tendency for consecutive six years, shaping an independent and special board, building up the information disclosure, stock trading and delisting system in line with the characteristics of small-medium enterprises. However, the current situations at home and abroad remains complicated and the international financial crisis still continues to have the impact. And Chen Dongzheng also stressed that the SZSE will adhere to pay equal attention to the SME board and ChiNext board, highlight the important place of the SME board in the multi-layered market system; at the same time, Mr. Chen noted that the SZSE also will push forward the system innovation work fitting with the characteristics of the ChiNext board and give much attention to the regulated operations of listed enterprises and management of proceeds raised for project investment.

More than 230 people including persons in charge of enterprise restructuring or financial work department in many cities, the securities regulatory bureau in some cities, the person in charge of the national high new tech park area and persons in charge of relevant department in Hebei appeared at the meeting.
