Private economy is the driving force behind China’s modernization process and the listed private-owned companies (POEs) are crucial to the high-quality development of the capital market. SZSE has gathered over 2,100 listed POEs, fostering a group of innovative “leaders” and industry “pacesetters.”
In order to fully implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the development and growth of the private economy and earnestly implement the work deployment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Three-Year Action Plan to Improve the Quality of Listed Companies (2022-2025), SZSE will organize a series of collective briefings on performance for listed POEs. This initiative aims to further boost confidence in the development of private economy, facilitate effective communication between companies and investors to convey and discover value. The briefings will be held in conjunction with the 2023 semi-annual performance
In the first half of 2023, the overall performance of listed POEs in SZSE showed a clear upward trend. The second quarter witnessed double-digit growth in operating revenue and net profits compared to the previous quarter. Particularly, strategic emerging industries such as new energy and high-end equipment manufacturing exhibited impressive performances, demonstrating the resilience and vitality of the private economy development. Focusing on three key areas, i.e. advanced manufacturing, digital economy and green low-carbon sector, SZSE will organize three collective briefings on the 2023 semi-annual performance to support listed POEs in showcasing their focus on core business, standardized operations and sustainable development.
SZSE is actively implementing the concept of new development and is committed to serving the development of the green low-carbon industry. Currently, there are more than 300 listed POEs in the green low-carbon sector, gathering a group of high-tech enterprises and strategic emerging industry companies with core competitiveness and market influence. These companies play a significant role in supporting the construction of a cleaner, more low-carbon, safer and more efficient new energy system.
On September 14th, the first Green and Low-carbon Momentum: 2023 Semi-annual Collective Briefings on Performance for SZSE-listed POEs will be organized at the SZSE Listing Hall. The chairpersons, general managers, financial managers, board secretaries and independent directors and other core members of the four listed companies, namely JA Solar, Risen Energy, Manst Technology and Jinlei Technology, will analyze their companies’ performance, answer investor questions, listen to investor suggestions and seek consensus on accelerating the green transformation of development methods and enhancing recognition.
The upcoming collective briefings on performance will be conducted simultaneously through a combination of text and live video broadcast. Investors can log in to the “Easy IR” platform (http://irm.cninfo.com.cn) of SZSE to participate in discussions under the “Cloud Interview” section. We look forward to active participation from all investors.
