B-shares are foreign capital shares denominated in RMB, subscribed to and traded in HK dollars. In October and November 1991, CSG Holding and Shenzhen Properties & Resources issued B-shares to foreign investors respectively. Up to date, 54 B-share companies are listed on SZSE.
