The journal is an academic publication administered by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and sponsored by Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE).

3. Functions of the Website and System: Providing services such as online submission, expert review, and real-time tracking of submission status. Allowing users to browse, download, and utilize AI-powered translation of articles published in the Herald. Keeping users informed about the Journal's latest announcements, academic events, and industry developments.

II. Trial Operation Arrangements for the Manuscript & Review Submission System

1. The trial operation period for the System runs from the date of this announcement until 31 December 2025. During this period, both the new system and the original submission email address (zqscdb@szse.cn) are available for receiving submissions. Authors should use only one channel and duplicate submissions are unnecessary.

2. Manuscripts submitted before the date of this announcement will continue to be processed via the original email address until the review process is complete. There is no need to resubmit them through the new system.

3. Since 1 January 2026, all new submissions shall be made exclusively through the manuscript submission and review system. The Journal's original submission email address will thereafter be retained solely for correspondence and will no longer process new manuscript submissions.
